Hi, I’m Brianne—a Realtor with Rasmussen & Hepworth at Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties.

My life is deeply rooted in family, community, and connection. My husband and I have been married for over 20 years and have built our life and family here in the Twin Falls area, where he was raised on a local farm growing beans and sugar beets. Our days are full of school schedules, sports, and activities, and I understand firsthand how important it is to have someone you trust guiding you through such a big decision and season of change.

My background as a songwriter and local performer since 2012 has allowed me to build meaningful connections throughout the community—something I bring into every client relationship.

Real estate has always felt like a natural path for me, influenced early on by my dad and his connection to the industry. I first worked alongside Lynn Rasmussen when we met in 2004, and after stepping into full-time motherhood in 2009, I’m grateful to have returned to real estate in the spring of 2025. Today, Lynn and I continue to work closely together as a team, giving our clients the advantage of a trusted partnership and a well-supported experience from start to finish.
